Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following countries: USA, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Norway, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand. Overseas territories and remote areas are excluded.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery is 7-14 working days for standard shipping. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for carrier delays, and delivery timeframes may be extended during peak seasons due to high order volumes and logistics demands.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipment Insurance All orders include complimentary shipping insurance at no extra cost. In the event your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a full reshipment or a refund — your choice.

Please note that missing parcels after confirmed delivery, or parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, are not covered under this policy.
